SHIPYARD PROTOCOL / 03
The public Shipyard is free to use. These principles apply only if a separately scoped paid engineering learning service is later offered and accepted in writing.
Using the planner, reading receipts or sending an enquiry does not create a paid order, subscription or learning agreement.
The public pages and interactive exercises do not require payment. There is no public booking fee, subscription or checkout charge to cancel or refund.
Sending an enquiry has no fee and does not guarantee a service. You may request withdrawal of an unaccepted enquiry with enough context to locate it.
If a paid service is offered later, scope, price, timing, delivery, cancellation timing and refund terms will be written down before it begins.
A cancellation request should be made promptly. Eligibility may depend on completed sessions, reserved time and non-recoverable costs described in the written agreement.
Completed sessions or delivered agreed materials are generally not refundable unless the written agreement or mandatory consumer rights state otherwise.
A planned session may be rescheduled when notice and availability allow. Rescheduling may keep the same reserved appointment rather than create a refund.
If an agreed digital resource cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery fault, report the item, time and error so restoration or an appropriate alternative can be considered.
A request should identify the agreement, date, action requested and timing. The written scope and mandatory rights will be reviewed before confirmation.
Contact the Shipyard desk before the session begins and include the relevant written scope.
